"Not help full at the desk. All they had to do was refund my buddies room and it would squared up."

Listed as included breakfast, one of the reasons I picked that hotel. Breakfast was a box of Hostess ho- ho's. Had to ask them to make coffee. Ho-ho's does not qualify as breakfast!!! Stale cereal in a plastic container looked very old. No milk.

"I did not have a sense of safety at all and the lack of cleanliness was overwhelming!"

What breakfast? There wasn’t any!

Toilet wouldn’t flush. Half used bars of soap left in the shower, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, cigarette burns in the comforter. And the pool was completely green.

I’m a travel nurse. I booked and paid for hotel 4 days. I went to hotel 6:30 a.m. to check in. I ring doorbell to establishment. The husband came out in pajamas stated check in time 2 p.m. Then wife came out in pajamas stated very rudely check in 2 pm. I told them I had reservations made online. Very rudely again wife stated 2 pm. I said so you want me to sleep in my car until 2 pm. I have to be back to work 6 pm-6am. I guess I woke the couple up out of their sleep. I thought this establishment suppose to be open 24 hours. I guess this not true especially for travelers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Long story short I booked at another hotel with great service and professionalism.
