Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Klamath Falls

Good bed, clean room, wonderful staff. Basic breakfast in the office was a surprise. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Close to eating and easy access on/off 97. Some traffic and other travelers noise. No plastic liner in the shower so the floor got wet and slippery. Pool was closed. On site washer/dryer were out of order. Definitely recommend this place.

Our trip was very relaxing and enjoyable, The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an enjoyable time, and will definitely tell our friends and come back again. My dogs had a great time too. The rooms where comfortable and clean.

We did not want to spend much, so the America's Best fit the budget. I had a good sleep and was surprised that it was not more noisy, just off the HWY 97. But my wife did not sleep well. She found the pillows to be very lumpy. We noticed that the clothes washer and drier were not working, and we had planned to wash a load at the motel. The breakfast was very minimal so we did not stay, and breakfast did not start until 7AM. An acceptable no-frills budget motel.

Bathroom was small where toilet and tub/shower are in and the sink is in the same room as your bed and when you turn on the light too go to the toilet or shower/tub the switch turns on both lights and if someone is in the bed sleeping the light over the sink shines right on them the whole entire time you are using the toilet or bathing and then coming out of that area where the sink is separate: There is only a cover up sheet on the Bed to use and you have too use the Bedspread as your Blanket and I never want to use that as my Blanket because they are not laundered rarely as the bottom sheet, top sheet and pillow cases: The room was clean and comfortable otherwise and not over priced as the others in the area.

Nice and welcoming staff at the counter. Clean and cheap for this area! It might be a bit old, but the hotel has a nice view of the area and provides some free breakfast selections. Definitely would still come here next time.

Welcoming reception, very personable fellow. Rooms were clean, rates very reasonable for July. Breakfast was just coffee, cereal and toast, but it is a budget motel after all. Overall a good experience
