SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Warner Robins AFB

Convenient location, easy check out, clean rooms.

Minimal lighting in room.

Nothing jumps out to me on this visit.

The room smelled awful and old food was left in microwave. Air conditioning was not working properly.

THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS NEAT NAD ORGANIZED

TIME. LIKE I GET THERE BY 1PM, BUT THE LADY ATTENDANT WANT TO CHARGED ME $25 FOR EARLY CHECK IN. BUT I THOUGHT SHE SHOULD BE CONSIDERATE.

The location

The food they served for breakfast was stale. The air conditioning was not working in the room. Staff barely made eye contact. There were dirty towels in the room when we checked in. No elevator either.

Jacuzzi tubs

Nice location. Restaurants were near to the hotel so it was easy to just go a short distance to find a good place to eat dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed 2 days and it was nice that the staff cleaned the room each day and restocked it with clean towels.

Although there were some good breakfast choices, it would have been nice if yogurt was offered as well. Some of the other Best Western Hotels we have stayed at had that choice. I was a little disappointed because I would have liked a cup of yogurt as part of my breakfast.

Quite and clean

Bed needs new mattress or a better one and the breakfast could’ve been better things were running low when we went to eat.

Me cobraron dos veces, me hicieron pagar en el hotel al registrarme, ya le había pagado a Booking mi reserva, ellos no quisieron buscar el pago de mi reserva en Booking aun yo mostrándoles la factura del cargo! Muchos ruidos de brincos y pasos en la habitación de arriba en los laterales
