"Limpio, tranquilo y como kfortable"

El personal. Muy atento y resolutivo. La limpieza y el personal de limpieza, muy profesional. Y el gran ventanal de la habitación por el que entra mucha luz si quieres, pues se cierra con un panel de madera que obstruye totalmente la luz si quieres estar a oscuras.

La única pega que veo es que algunas partes de la fachada están estropeadillas y eso desmerecer al hotel.

La atención que recibimos del personal de recepción fue increíble. Por la noche, cuando llegamos, había un señor de nacionalidad turca que fue amable hasta el extremo y por la mañana, la recepcionista Inés dió muestras de una educación y atención al cliente exquisitas. Una magnífica profesional. Tuvimos un pequeño problema en el desayuno y ella lo solucionó todo con una sonrisa, amabilidad y diligencia extremas. No suelo hacer reseñas de este tipo cuando viajo pero es que ver dos profesionales así en el mismo hotel, no me ha pasado nunca.
