I don't know if this is a new place or not but the cleanliness and furnishings were outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The only downside was finding a used bar of soap in the shower. Easily corrected bu tossing it in the trash.

The location

Floors under sink was thick with dust and the bathroom tub wasn't clean. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor

The price was good. Bed was comfy, but pillows felt hard after awhile. No carpet floors so you could feel the sand on the bottom of our feet. No coffee machine. Very basic room and probably would stay again.

The cold floors. No coffee in room.
