Gamma Durango Plaza Vizcaya

Me parece un hotel muy bien ubicado y una exelente atención por parte del personal y Muy limpio y de fácil acceso, en general si vuelvo a viajar a durango trataré de que sea en este hotel .

Lo único que ví un poco que le falta más variedad en los guisos del desayuno porque desayuno diario huevos durante 4 días si no cae bien, por lo demás todo me parece excelente.

Todo limpio, camas muy cómodas, baño muy bien

El desayuno que ya incluye en la reserva,, los huevos con jamón los hicieron como se los hacen a los presos de las carceles, crudo desabrido y malo

Great value, location at walking distance from coffee and restaurants. They are extremely helpful and nice, Room ver clean and comfortable bed.

Dear Hotel Manager I recently stayed at your property for six days and wanted to share both positive feedback and a concern I experienced during my visit. First, I want to commend your housekeeping team—the room and property were very clean, and the maid service was excellent throughout my stay. However, I encountered an issue with the breakfast service. I was only provided meal vouchers for three days, even though my reservation was for six. On the first morning, when I attempted to take my breakfast to my room, the staff member collecting vouchers informed me—quite abruptly—that I was not allowed to do so. When I then asked if I could at least take my coffee with me, I was told no as well. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and left a poor impression, especially given the otherwise pleasant experience at your hotel. I do appreciate that coffee was available in the reception area, which was a nice touch. Still, I wanted to bring this matter to your attention, as it may help improve guest service and communication regarding breakfast policies in the future. Es un Lugar excelente para pasar Tiempo en familia, el Personal es muy amable y la ubicación del hotel es perfecta y su comida es deliciosa te lo recomiendo:)además cuenta con un gimnasio perfecto para los niños y Padres de niños. 🙂

que se paso mi tiempo muy rápido:(.. Pronto regresaré a mi tierra Durangense..
