I like the size of the room, how quiet the district is, though it is close to an avenue. I notice electric car parking places on the venue. There's a good place for enjoying tapas at 5 min walking.

Honestly l, I would say the location, but it's just to say something here. There's the tram station at 200m perhaps, which go straight close to downtown. Very convenient!
