Great staff, friendly and helpful. Property is old and tired. Had issues with safe door handle. Left message for hotel manager to call to discuss, but never bothered to call back.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel and grounds were well kept and gardens were beautiful. Service was great, all staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was comfortable and clean. Decent included breakfast selection with cold and hot options, would just be good if breakfast ran later than 9am to ensure guests can utilise it. Hotel was quiet and safe with parking options and a nice outside area for kids to play. Pool looked well kept but we didn’t use as was cold by the time we got back to the hotel each day. Great location on main road for those passing through Rakiraki or visiting family and friends in the area. Well stay again. Vinaka :)
