We had a problem with a door lock, but they fixed the issue. Windows felt like a paper, all wind went throughout them to the room.

BEThe staff was lovely, Alessia at the front desk even gave my dad extra of his favorite tea! The bed was very comfortable and the area the hotel is in was very nice and easily connected with transportation.
As the room faced the street, it could be a bit loud. We had to leave the window open because the air was not on yet and it was over 27 degrees in the hotel.
