Lodi Valley Suites

Overall, we did enjoy our stay... the room was on a par with the rating of the hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the No Smoking suite we were in had no lingering smoke smell from having been used as a smoking suite. The only minor gripes we had were the following: The tub drain did not close (at all) to fill for a bath. The sink drain did not flow well, took a long time to drain. The handrail in the tub surround had been poorly reattached, with no effort made to cover the "mistake" holes. However, we weren't there for the room, and it was in no way a disappointment. The adjoining cafe/restaurant served very good food and had reasonable prices. The maid and desk staff were very courteous and made us feel welcome. Nice folks! Next year, we'll probably stay again!
