部屋は古くて清潔ではない。トイレが流れない。禁煙でもタバコ臭。 当初は良かったと思われるが、客層が悪くなり、質が落ちたようだ。 禁煙でも喫煙したり、→ サンダルをドアにはさんで部屋の換気をしている。 使ったタオルを廊下に出しておいたり。 客の質が貧相のため、ホテル全体のクオリティーが悪い。4つ星の一泊1万円以上とはとても思えない。

The breakfast was good; especially the Japanese breakfast. The coffee was good also. The hotel is about 7~10 minutes from Narita International Airport Terminal 2 by free shuttle bus. Hotel staff were very friendly. The neighbor is quiet. I had a dinner buffet, and I enjoyed the food and dining environment.

It is not a new hotel; therefore, it needs improvement. For instance, the lighting was not bright enough if business travel were the main purpose of travel. Secondly, not enough wall sockets. There are two USB ports but still not enough. Thirdly, the pillow was little bit flat.
