La nourriture est excellente . Les boissons sont trop chères . Manque un peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner français .

Le plus : Ma chambre 301 était située au dessus du bar et de la piscine. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre car impossible de dormir avant minuit. Le réceptionniste m'a gentiment fait déménager pour une chambre plus calme. Les moins : L'hotel n 'est pas situé, contrairement à ce qu'indique le site Expédia, à Agios Nikolas, mais dans un tout petit village bien avant, à Sissi. Dans la chambre 301, le vidage de la baignoire était cassé. Une toute petite TV pour un hôtel dit 5*. Pas de transport pour aller voir ailleurs par exemple, Agios Nikolaos = 50 € le taxi aller-retour. Le Wifi n'a fonctionné continuellement ni dans la chambre 301, ni dans la chambre 216. J'ai Mac, je n'ai jamais de problème de Wifi. Quant au petit déj, il était spartiate, sans grand choix, mal présenté. J'y suis allée un fois. Par la suite, j'ai préféré acheter des yaourts et petit-déjeuner à mes frais dans ma chambre. La plage est très éloignée…..!!!!

Eine Woche in der Luxus-Suite, mit Jacuzzi in der Badewanne, Extra Bett und einem wirklich schönem Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden, es gibt eine kleine Minibar und TV mit deutschen Sendern. Man hat auch die Möglichkeit, mitgebrachte DVDs abzuspielen. Der Balkon mit Blick auf den Poolbereich und auf die schöne Kirche war sehr schön. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Selbst nach dem Auschecken durften wir uns den ganzen Tag noch im Hotel aufhalten und konnten uns vor der Abreise noch Duschen. Toller Service !

Everything about the place was wonderful. The only gripe I had was that the door handle on room 115 is too close to the frame and I would hurt my finger every time I tried to open it from the outside, but design errors aside, everything else was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom spacious and finished to a high standard. The reception area, pool and bar were all nicely interconnected and accessible. I would loved to have stayed longer. A car would be required. There is parking around the area even though the hotel doesn't have an off street car park. The evening buffet was ok, if somewhat limited and isn't something I could do every evening if I were to have stayed longer. Left before breakfast so not sure of the standard. Overall, a good place to stay.

e vacances que d'un 5 étoiles. Cet hôtel n'est pas du tout un 5 étoiles comme il prétend l'être. Le buffet n'est pas du tout à la hauteur. Tout est en supplément, on vous refuse même une carafe d'eau plate. C'est le seul endroit de Sissi où l'on vous demande encore un supplément pour l'accès au Wifi. En revanche il est très bien situé, le staff est vraiment sympa et serviable, c'est un hôtel calme (c'est ce que nous recherchions) et idéal pour y passer des vacances en famille. Il est tout près du centre de Sissi, tout en étant au calme. Tout est propre.

Would recommend hotel for a quiet holiday. Room was as described, read a lot on tripadvisor that food was not up to standard agree not 5 star but perfectly satisfactory, breakfast was very good and plenty of it and we did take advantage of the evening meal. Pools looked nice but would be better heated especially at end of season. Drinks were a little expensive, as with most hotels. Would recommend that you hire a car as Sissi is very quiet and it was nice to drive around.

Værelsernes standard samt betjeningen er glimrende. Dejligt pool område. Restauranten og madens kvalitet er mere gennemsnitlig. Omgivelserne i Sissi er ikke fantastiske. Dog en glimrende sandstrand ca. 10 minutters gang fra hotellet.

sissi is gorgeous and just what we wanted in our holiday! the hotel, apart from the slightly aging baths, gave us excellent service, peace and quiet and you know...if you read other comments they say the food was bad, but we liked the food and it definitely had us coming back for more! location excellent...a short stroll down the road into the peaceful town which is a world away from the shabby horrendous towns to the west where its ok to be loud and drunk and well...unpleasant! this is a must visit for those of you who prefer a bit of calm! food in the village/ town is plentiful and so much to choose from! i have never eaten so much JUST so i could try it all! at the hotel there is a smaller pool set back from the main area...if you are quick and observant you can claim it for your own like we did and it becomes your own private relaxation pool as if noone else is there! perfect! go! just go!!!!!

Nous sommes arrivées à l'hôtel le soir vers 22h. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par le personnel de l'hôtel. La chambre était très belle et propre (ainsi que la salle de bain). De manière générale, les locaux étaient propres (le ménage est fait tous les jours), le personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant et très sympa, l'alimentation est TRES diversifiée et surtout un régal (Il y en a pour tous les goûts) !! C'est un hôtel que je recommande à tout ceux qui souhaitent visiter les alentours de Malia, d'Heraklion à Agios Nikolaos, et même jusqu'à Ierapetra et la superbe île de Chrissi !! Nous n'avons pas du tout été déçues, le cadre était magnifique...

JA Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Sissi. Das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Essen in HP ist lecker und ändert sich jeden Tag. NEIN Das Hotel ist definitiv kein fünf-Stern Hotel, maximal vier. Die Säfte am Frühstück sowie die Würsten riechen komplett künstlich.
