"Wonderful ski vacation in Mont Tremblant"

Breakfast, the room, the location,

The check in staff was not helpful and rude. I requested a 12:00 check in and from the email I received I thought the hotel accepted my request. When arriving at the hotel, the check in staff replied that they never confirm a 12:00 check in and I was wrong to think that. Our room was ready at 3:30pm and the maximum it can be ready is 4:00. Also, I requested a crib which meant we had a baby and obviously a pram. They gave us a room where we had to use stairs on the floor. I had to ask strangers to help me bring the pram up and down the stairs a few times during the stay. We should have a room with no stairs without having to specifically say I’d like a room with no stairs. That’s what I excepted from the Hilton. At check out I mentioned this to the staff who was the same person who checked us in, Sylvia, and she did not care. She was once again rude and told me I should have specified this at check in. I said she was defensive and she told me in a rude tone that she will work on that.
