ITITLa posizione della struttura è eccezionale, con un panorama veramente splendido da cui si vedono i boschi ed il mare. Proprio poco sopra la truttura passa il percorso detto Grande Traversata Elbana (GTE) per gli amanti del Trekking e delle Mountain Bike. La struttura è estremamente pulita. La colazione è a buffet quindi molto abbondante e anche la cena ha un rapporto qualità/prezzo elevato.
La posizione della struttura è eccezionale, ma la strada per arrivarci ( presumo che sia però di competenza comunale ) è piuttosto stretta e ha bisogno di aggiustamenti. Tutta la struttura di per se è ben tenuta e pulita, come anche le camere. In generale però il tutto ha bisogno di rinnovamento : gli infissi, le rubinetterie... ecc... risalgono probabilmente agli anni 80.
