Room smelled horrible. There was one towel and one small bar of soap. Left headphones in the room-went back to retrieve them and they denied having them or finding them. I know for a fact they were there.

Pay a little more for a much better stay….see the pictures. Broken deadbolt, worn, sinking mattress, mold in the bathtub, hole in the bathroom door, and BED BUGS!

This was listed as near convention center, so we thought it was a safe area of Overland Park, also the pictures listed on Expedia showed a very nice hotel. When we arrived it was not as advertised. This is a run down, not maintained scary hotel. Only rooms left were on second floor and no elevator. We lost one day of money for the place as they wouldn’t refund all.

The room had no heat the heater wouldn't come on the ...the blow dryer didn't work ..the room was freezing cold...there was bugs in the beds...the whole stay was terrible I really feel I deserve a refund
