"Great!"

Breakfast at the restaurant was great. Accommodation was great too

Lack of carparking. We asked for 2 rooms together but ended up splitting our family at two different ends of the hotel

I thought my room had a bath in it from the pictures, but didnt , so not sure why the room images had a bath then the room didnt

"Location was good but would have loved a quite room for the price, Breakfast standard Hotel style"

We were upgraded to Room 001 was noisy, you could hear a fan unit from 6:45am to 10pm in the room My wife found a hair on a new towel and bed sheet, No tooth Paste provided in bathroom. The floor very creaky when walking on.

Near the hotpools

Because we booked through Booking Dot, we were placed as far from the reception and restaurant area as possible. The very last ground floor apartment. Even though the hotel was only 60% occupied (I asked) we weren't offered an upgrade (which I would have happily paid for) or a room on another floor. We were given a downstairs room that had a vomit stain on the patio - so we couldn't even use the area. Substandard to say the least.

The heated pool was great! Breakfast buffet was awesome with so much variety. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Casting my phone on the TV is a bit hit or miss and so annoying... just get a modern smart tv for the room, they're so cheap nowadays...
