"They expect you to stock check the mini bar once you check in"

Overall the stay was nice. The location is a bit further than expected. If you are driving, it will be fine

The hotel charged me for something I did not consume. No reply even messaged the hotel. I was staying there for two nights. First night, noticed there was a mini bar as always, so I didn't really pay attention to that. On the second day, my wife just told me there is an extra chocolate bar which was not there on the first night. Nothing mentioned during the checkout. When I checked the receipt sent to my email, I noticed there was a charge for the chocolate bar. So I messaged the hotel immediately. But obviously they don't reply. Any other disappointing point would be the staff just help you to sign up for their membership without asking your consent. I stayed in another Hilton hotel three days again and that did not happen.

Le restaurant très bon Petit déjeuner également Serveuse française très professionnelle et le personnel du restaurant aussi Bien placer à coter du centre aquatique

Le parking trop loins c’est pas pratique en hiver, table et chaise de la terrasse pas disponible peinture fraiche ! Personel de la réception moins accueillant et souriant que au restaurant alors que c’est notre premier contacte c’est important Sur les photos on croirai être près du lac et il ont est rien Aspirateur pas très propre,Des ongles couper sur la moquette

"It’s a Hilton"

Great service from staff, facilities are good and very quiet

Rooms are getting dated but they are renovating so are obviously aware. Heated pool, sauna and spa are great facilities but lots of kids splashing about while we were there - maybe have an adults only time in the evenings?

"Really disappointing service for breakfast…"

The breakfast was very confusing to order…we had stayed a few months previous and it was great. Staff very limited language understanding of breakfast and the cooking of eggs.
