Astra Vevey Hotel & Restaurant

Für uns als Raucher war das gleich nebenan liegende Restaurant super ideal. Ebenso zum Feierabendbier nach unseren täglichen Bahnfahrten.

EXCELLENT location and super convenient to the train station. The hotel is located right next to the train station and small grocery store and is down the street from the lake and many restaurants and shops. The room was a good size and even had a little kitchenette. Friendly staff.

The bathroom and especially the bathtub was very poorly designed. The shower is at such an odd angle, and the tub half door so poorly placed, that when you shower, the bathroom floor gets all wet. My first shower resulted in the bathroom floor looking like a lake! Also, the shelf above the bathroom sink is in a terrible location and is in the way from being able to bend over the sink (without hitting your head on the way up). The tub has a very high step into and out of the tub and would not be well suited for someone with mobility issues. The bed was a bit hard and not too comfortable.

Proximity to train station

Hotel is convenient located just adjacent to the railway station and an easy 10 minutes walk to the lake. Cosy and well-maintained room, comfy bed.

Wellness area a bit messy. Left towels and mats all around, empty water cooler.

Alla mattina lo staff delle pulizie è passato troppo presto e hanno pulito la stanza prima dell'orario di check out (volevamo ancora usufruire della stanza)

Chambre assez grande et kitchenette pratique. Bien situé à côté de la gare et a côté du centre ville. Assez calme dans l'ensemble.
