"Restful, pleasant, relaxing, and enjoyable"

I liked that the beds were comfortable and the pillows were solid. I didn’t find a bunch of cobwebs and dust bunnies all over the place.

I am not a fan of the air conditioning unit you have in there… As it does not keep the room cool especially at night but that’s really my only complaint

"Hotel took our money and provided nothing"

Nothing

We were charged for the stay (3 rooms for 4 nights) and when we arrived we were told that they have not received our booking and there were no rooms available. The receptionist did not know how to handle a situation like this. We were left with our credit card charged and no rooms.

I was so impressed by how nice it was and clean . Front desk were super friendly check in and check out is a breeze and the free breakfast and free coffee was a plus . Will definitely stay again

It was just ok. One bath towel in the room is pretty cheesy. The best thing was the breakfast offered in the morning with a nice place to enjoy it!
