Staff were friendly and helpful. The room/condo was clean and welcoming, beds were comfortable, linens and towels were nice, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Good choices for breakfast, and the ice cream/slushie machines were a fun bonus.

We had a condo and the upper bedroom had creaky floorboards near the stairs. The noise could be heard in the lower bedroom, and it was loud enough to wake me up during the night. Also, be aware that the location which is very convenient for shopping and restaurants, is also a main drag, literally. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night, and the traffic noise from hot rods and motorcycles was constant until midnight-1:00 a.m. The hotel obviously cannot control this, but the noise is a factor when you need to sleep. Perhaps other rooms not facing the street are quieter. I had to use the clothes dryer which smelled strongly of dog, like someone had dried a dog bed. There was a make-up stain on the comforter, not a big deal since there was a sheet over it. I also noticed when I cleaned up some food that I had dropped on the floor in the kitchen, there were several ants that had come to munch on it.

The rooms were large and comfortable, the lobby had complimentary cappucino-coffees-juice-slushees-and ice cream
