Tolle Lage, nähe Altstadt! Freundlicher Empfang, schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht über Innsbruck, alles da, was man braucht! Sehr gute Betten, schönes Badezimmer, freundlicher mitarbeiter auf der Etage, hilfsbereit, der junge Mann - vielen Dank!!! Beim Frühstück und an der Reception sehr nette und hilfabereite Mitarbeiterinnen! Wir kommen sicher wieder!!!

Parken etwas teuer. Frühstück: Brot entweder zu wenig gebacken (Rundes Brot), Kleingebäck teilweise hart... Kaffee sehr DÜNN, von der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin gemacht und gebracht... der Rest super!!! Jammern auf hohem Niveau...

The hotel is a short walk from the railway station and perfectly situated for shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the upgrade - we were relocated to floor 15 and got spectacular views. Room large, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was also varied and of good quality.

Pretty efficient hotel. Great location, promt service. Nice for a budget friendly stay for a day or two.

AC was not working at all so didnt have comfortable sleep.
