Front desk clerk was amazing. Great customer seevice. She was very polite. The hotel was very nice and clean also. They gave us a balcony being it being very late in the night

House keeping needs to be more thorough. Overall appearance is good, but we noticed empty soda cans on the floor behind the headboard of our bed.

The receptionist was very pleasant and in the morning breakfast the lady was good in her service.

I was amazed when we came upon this property, it’s like a little town. Super cool experience, expected a normal hotel, this was beyond!

We will definitely be back when we drive through next year but id have to say the lady who deals with the food needs a new job. Everyone in the breakfast area couldn’t believe how she was acting. It wasn’t that busy and she was acting very ridiculous. She took the tongs out of my husbands hands, who is in a wheelchair and said “here let me do it, or you will be holding up the line”. This is actually insane. He’s capable of doing everything that a walking person can and is no slower than anyone else. Any kid who was getting their own food she would walk over to and dictate every move they made, standing over them. An older couple asked for assistance with lids to their coffee cups and she kept telling them she didn’t have time for them she had stuff to do. It was a total show the entire hour I was in there. Couldn’t believe what I was watching. One person didn’t ruin the stay but just highly caught off guard by her. At least 20 adults were all talking about her actions as we all left the breakfast area.

We used to stay here numerous times but since the new management took over this property is unsanitary. Roaches are taking over with food and stains that show no attempt to clean in months. The washer and dryer is rusted with trash everywhere. The furniture is stained up with gunk stuck on. The toilet has stains not attempted to be cleaned. The stove has so much food buildup and crumbs its a breeding for roaches that swam at night. The rooms that are not condos is NOT better because we stayed a couple of months ago and complained about the room smells and no attempt to clean the bathroom are vacuumed. Saying you are short staffed is no excuse when we hear them complain about how management over works them with little pay. We skipped breakfast because we felt the health department needs to investigate.

Gail at the front desk is an absolute angel! Appreciate they don't charge pet fee per dog
