It was awful dirty!!!

Saw a lot of bad reports about this place but we had a pleasant stay. It was clean, they have just painted and had new carpets. There was a dead cockroach in the sink but this is Florida, I'm a clean person but I find the odd insect in my house too. It was very basic, a place to sleep and a hot shower is what we wanted, the heater worked great (it was 31F in the morning outside). Management was friendly. I would stay here again. (father and son) We stayed in 203.

Plumbing

The staff is friendly. the rooms are big and clean. The beds are comfy and soft. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

Overcharged and unsafe activities outside hotel property. Easy to get to beach side resturants. Cosmectic damages throughout room and bathroom. Bathroom sink faucet broke just by turning it on. Staff was nice and polite.

I paid WAY too much to stay here for 3 nights. Walls are paper thin. Lighting is dim and outdated. Bathtub faucet is coming out of the wall. Walls paint chipping and cracked. A small area in the roof leaked when it rained onto the bed. At most, this place should've been a $40-50/night stay but I ended up paying $160/night. Such a scam. They knew there was an event that weekend and they knew people needed housing so they upped the price tremendously for such a mediocre/low-down building. Seriously.. the building is falling apart. Staff may have been nice but you have to remember that at the same time, they want your money afterall.

Third world conditions,Never will use your service again!! Complete (Rip off) Some kind of Bad joke!

Oh definitely over paid, $145 for two nights in a $35 a night hotel no amenities Seedy area dangerous neighbors, They never answered the phone at the front desk. Couldn’t even use the shower because I cut my hand on the handle to turn the shower on.Definitely overpriced

Big room , and clean place , not the best but good for one night stand

Roaches everywhere, including the beds. Employee seemed offended that we even mentioned it.
