"The hotel and the services Horrible "

2.0

The services was horrible, they even clean the room, i stayed there for 3 nights and was frightening, the mattresses was yellow color that is mean since they bought it they never changed, even the didn’t change the towels , they left us without towels in the second day that was the most baseness that i has been seen, the blankets was with cigarette burns, i will never come back to this place.

"Nice staff, terrible place"

4.0

The staff was pleasant, but the model is old, half the outlets did not work, there was only only one light in the room, cable was out half of my stay, and a seemingly strung-out woman asked for money. Except for that, just great!

I like visiting such places. It is good to visit such places on weekends but not a bad place for weekdays too. Traveling becomes difficult o weekdays but the hospitality at the place is awesome. I would love visiting here.

"Most Terrible Hotel ive ever stayed in during my entire 19 years of living. "

Where to start... Upon arriving we immediately noticed the lack of cars. That should have been our sign. The first person we encountered at the reception couldnt speak English. He had to go retrieve someone else for us to speak to. The second person we spoke with, the man who gave us our room key, was very rude. He asked us multiple times if it would just be the two of us. To which we replied yes. Every time. He preceded to tell us that he didn't want any trouble, and if we were caught with anyone else in our room he would kick us out without a refund. He then asked me, "what's wrong with your finger?". I held up my hands and he said, " oh I thought your finger was gone". We went to our room, everything was unplugged. We had to plug up the microwave, mini fridge, and the air conditioner. We had no towels, the TV doesnt work at all. No WiFi, the only source of entertainment was a phonebook and a half burned bible. We asked the owners if they had any plastic spoons or forks, to which they held out a bucket with what appeared to be USED plastic spoons and knifes. No forks. You can hear people talking and walking upstairs during all hours of the night. The phone doesnt work, unless you pay a phone deposit. During our stay we experienced car troubles and needed a jump, we asked if the owners could jump our car and were very rudely told that they did not have a car. All the while we were standing right in front of it. The best part of our entire 4 night stay at this motel was the maid. Who also informed us that she her self would love to "Beat the owners wife's butt". DO NOT STAY AT THE HOST INN IN DAYTONA BEACH FLORDIA.

"Don't even consider it!!"

2.0

My husband and needed a hotel for one night since we were camping and it was freezing and had started raining. This was one of the only rooms available. It is in a terrible neighborhood! We had to be buzzed in to the "lobby" area. Nothing more than a counter there. Immediately upon entering the room we noticed stains on the cushions of the stool in the room. There were also stains on the towels. My husband went to the car and got our sleeping bags to sleep in on top of the covers because we didn't even want to chance lying on the sheets. And there was a puddle of water on the end table from where the ceiling leaked during the night. Highly unrecommended!!!!

"Horrible hotel, not safe and not clean"

2.0

We've booked this inn because we were in Daytona for only one night. The reception smelled like a restaurant kitchen but we thought that is not that important. In the description was mentioned that there's wifi in public areas but if staying at the reception was an option, I would advise to avoid it. The room had yellow sheets and towels even they seemed clean but had old stains. The AC is awful because of the noise. We had bugs in the room too. At the beginning of the evening we've heard a lady yelling to his friend to leave her alone and quit the room. So we thought it was just a domestic fight but we were woken up during the night by other noises. People are gathering during the night, they talk loud, drink in front of others' doors, drive noisy cars in the parking and play music. You can hear all they speak as they don't care how late in the night it is. At 2 am we were waken up by a train passing near the hostel, it seemed to be in the room with us and the noise was never going away. One our later we have heard funky noises in the room next to us and it seemed that they were in the same bed with us. Their TV was very loud and their noises even louder. It did't stop till 4 or 5 am. We felt asleep only at 5.30 am to wake up at 7 am and leave as soon as possible and go to a decent hotel to have a shower. It was a night in hell for me and my fiancee. I advise you to pay more but be safe and stay away of trouble.

"You sometimes get less than you pay for."

Where to start? Burned out light bulbs? No drinking glasses? WiFi not working? Receptionist doesn't speak English? No coffee maker or coffee in the office? How about ALL of the above. I booked a 3 night stay because it was $45 per night and quite near the golf course I like. When there were only two cars in the parking lot I should have known better. Never again.
