Beachbeds and beach umbrella's are inclusive and an absolute plus. Communication before our stay also. Other than that I cannot imagine that the positive reviews here are for real.

Wifi has not been working for the full 8 days. Pool is knee-deep. The rooms have thin walls, you hear your neighbours left, right and upstairs take showers, shuffle their feet, go to the toilet and talk. The place is old and needs an upgrade. Temperature of the shower keeps fluctuating, which makes it a vivid and lively experience every day. At the end we opted for cold showers. But most important, it is not cleaned and you do not get fresh towels. And if you ask why that it is, they say: "we are not a hotel". Although booking.com, google and above the entrance-door it says that they are....

Nice balcony overlooking pool

No basic equipment provided eg washing up liquid, a sponge. Expected to empty own bins. Room not serviced in the 4 nights, bathroom towels changed only once. No pool towels provided (had to pay extra €5 each even though we paid nearly €1K to stay there). Car park very tight, both car parks very full. Pool needs some more attention to it got many leaves etc in it.

Super friendly staff, everyone helped so much with everything. The private beach was astonishing!

The fridge was very small, so I couldn’t go to the market to buy things for an entire week for example. But was my fault that I didn’t read that on the description.

The resort is 15 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes walking to Villasimius where you can find restaurants and shops. Thank you Francesca and Monica and all the staff for having made our stay memorable.
