nous avons été surclassés dans un hôtel 4 étoiles ( hôtel la Solitude) du groupe car la clim était défectueuse. c'était super. nous avons eu une chambre duplex.

seul petit bémol. les oreillers étaient un peu dur

ATTENZIONE: Sorvolando i rumori notturni, purtroppo, durante il nostro soggiorno di quattro notti, nel maggio 2026, prezzo l’Hotel Saint Sauveur di Lourdes, abbiamo avuto una spiacevole esperienza. La camera , a un primo controllo, sembrava pulita. Tuttavia, a tarda notte, dopo esserci già preparati per andare a dormire, abbiamo notato che il lenzuolo del letto presentava diverse macchie che, a nostro giudizio, ne compromettevano la pulizia. Abbiamo quindi contatto la reception. Era presente solamente il portiere notturno, che dopo circa dieci minuti è arrivato in camera, ha verificato la situazione e si è scusato per l’accaduto. Si è inoltre attivato per reperire della biancheria pulita dalla lavanderia e ci ha consegnato delle nuove lenzuola, che abbiamo provveduto a sostituire. La mattina successiva verso le 8:00, la cameriera ai piani ha bussato alla nostra porta sostenendo di aver controllato personalmente il letto e che, secondo lei fosse pulito. Ne è nata una discussione, poiché non condividevamo tale valutazione alla luce di quanto riscontrato la sera precedente. Abbiamo segnalato l’accaduto per iscritto alla direzione dell’Hotel e a Booking.com. Alla data odierna non abbiamo ricevuto risposta alle nostre comunicazioni. Riteniamo che l’episodio delle lenzuola sporche sia già di per sé un inconveniente grave per una struttura alberghiera, ma ciò che ci ha maggiormente deluso è stata la gestione successiva della segnalazione. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità e la cortesia del portiere notturno, che si è adoperato per risolvere il problema nell’immediato, ma ci saremmo aspettati maggiore attenzione da parte della direzione e un riscontro formale al nostro reclamo. Per questi motivi la nostra esperienza presso l’Hotel Saint Sauveur è stata negativa e non all’altezza delle aspettative. Ci auguriamo che la struttura possa migliorare i controlli sulla pulizia delle camere e la gestione delle segnalazioni dei clienti, affinché situazioni simili non si ripetano.

Le personnel est très attentionné. Les chambres sont refaites et agréable. Le repas en self est le point fort.

Les repas sont trop chers

We stayed at Hôtel Saint Sauveur from 12th–15th May in two single rooms for a spiritual visit to Lourdes. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Grotto, and very convenient for shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The rooms were a good size, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was continental and simple but fine for our stay. Dinner was available as a buffet at around €25, which felt a little expensive. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The main downside was the Wi-Fi, which was poor in the rooms and mostly only worked in the lobby. Overall, a very good stay with an excellent location and welcoming staff, ideal for a visit to the Grotto.

Hotel is near the entrance of the Sanctuary of our lady of the rosary. It is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and shops and even they have their own.

The food in the restaurants inside the hotel is mediocre. The rooms provided to us were not as senior friendly considering most of the people going to Lourdes are seniors.

Breakfast is a standard continental buffet with eggs and bacon. Close to the grotto

What I liked most about the property was its brilliant location. Everything was very convenient and close by, making it easy to explore Lourdes. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for a 3-night stay. I really enjoyed my experience and would happily stay here again.

There was nothing major to dislike during my stay. If I had to mention one thing, some areas of the hotel could benefit from a little updating, but overall the experience was very good.
