Bed was massive, pool was great… nobody using it apart from me and my wife…staff excellent and helpful…lake view at nite superb

Just a normal business hotel … slightly dated but not worn out … don’t let it stop you booking

Massive hotel, room abit dated , need to be upgraded

A 5-star hotel located in the center of Guilin. The hotel is only about 100 meters from Sun and Moon Pagodas and around 200 meters from Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, making it very convenient to walk to both attractions. Next to the hotel, there is a small minimart where you can easily buy drinks, water, and snacks. During December, the weather outside can be quite cold. Inside the room, the air conditioning cannot be adjusted, but there is a small window that can be opened to let in the cool outdoor air instead.

L’emplacement est idéal, on ne peut pas trouver mieux ! Très proche des pagodes du soleil de la lune, que je voyais d’ailleurs de ma chambre avec vue sur le lac. Chambre très confortable, grand lit douillet, fauteuil, bureau, peignoir, pèse-personne, baignoire, prises près du lit. Tout y est

l’odeur dans la salle de bain… une odeur d’égout assez… incommodante. Peut-être parce que il a plu pendant mon séjour, les odeurs remontaient ?

Très bien situé, l'hôtel fournit de belles chambres avec vue sur le lac. En plus d'une piscine et un sauna (le hammam était en panne) il y a un spa fournissant de massage très agréable.

ROOM WAS OK BUT ALSO HEATING IS NOT OPTIMAL SERVICE DESERVES SOME IMPROVEMENT AND SPECIALLY REQUIERES MORE TRAINING OF THE STAFF RELATED TO ROOMS SERVICES , AND ALSO ON THE BREAKFAST AREA. IT MEANS MORE KINDNESS AND ATTENTION THE CUSTOMER NEEDS NOT ALWAYS SOLVED. LOBBY AMBIENCE IS NOT NICE DUE TO LACK OF HEATING , SO THE SENSATION IS TOO COLD SERVICE AT THE RECEPTION WAS EXCELLENT

hotel stupendo. posizione top. La camera forse era un pò più semplice rispetto alle altre del nostro viaggio, ma comunque spaziosa, accogliente, lenzuola e materassi pulitissimi e comodissimi. Attrezzata benissimo per i bambini. Uno dei pochi alberghi dove il personale parla inglese. Hotel bellissimo anche nelle zone comuni, la lobby, il cortile interno, ascensore di vetro. Non ho provato i ristoranti ma mi sembra che ce ne fossero diversi. Non ho fatto colazione perché era molto costosa. Ma la cosa più soprendente, la spa, esperienza unica e non solo per la altissima qualità del personale. Non voglio rovinarvi la sorpresa ma in tutti questi viaggi in Asia, di tutti i massaggi provati, questa è davvero unica proprio per come è strutturata e per i servizi extra inclusi. Da provare!!!

forse il prezzo della colazione. Sicuramente sarà una splendida colazione, ma in 3 persone noi abbiamo preferito rivolgerci fuori
