We had a suite on the 10th floor, which was huge with 2 bathrooms, a great shower and tub, and excellent views of the pagodas. Location is terrific! We really appreciated the wonderful fruit plates not just day one but each day of our stay and the special little box of treats delivered each night. Very nice touch.

The only negatives were we were given a smoking room without clearing that and the room could have been a little cleaner. The major negative was that nothing at the buffet breakfast was served hot. That's a real shame because they do a beautiful breakfast spread and not a single bite was actually warm.

"Napewno wróce"

Mega. Wielki pokój, wygodne łóżka. Cenowo okej. Sam hotel jest wart zwiedzenia plus pokaz wodospadu. Hotel jest na przeciwko Moon and Sun Pagoda i blisko Elephant HIll.

Toaleta szwankowała, ale takto ok.

"Cascada a las 20h"

Un hotel de 5 estrellas a precio de 3, vale mucho la pena, tiene todas las comodidades y está bien ubicado. La mesa de excursiones nos ayudó a disfrutar del único día que teníamos haciendonos un viaje a medida (si hubieramos hablado con ellos el día de llegada, seguramente nos habría salido más barato, pero fue un precio razonable). La cascada se activa todos los días a las 20h, y la piscina está muy bien, sobre todo en verano.

Los chorros del spa no estaban activados, una pena.

"Best hotel"

The hotel is located in a very peaceful and harmonious place, perfect to rest and enjoy the surrounding nature. The room is very pleasant and spacious, beautifully decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is exceptional. Highly recommend.
