Please note that children under the age of 16 do not have access to the indoor relaxation pool (except from 11:00 am to 12: 00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm). All guests have complimentary access to the outdoor swimming pool during the summer season. Guests staying in a Deluxe Room, Executive Room, Junior Suite, or Suite have complimentary access to the spa wet area throughout their stay. For guests staying in a Twin Room, King Room, or King Room with Partial Lake View, spa access is available at an additional cost of EUR 20 per person per day. Spa access is complimentary on the day a treatment is booked. Please note that interconnected rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
