"We were in keywest. Had a great time."

Location, maid service, breakfast.

Office staff was nice enough, but didn't seem to appreciate our business. Didn't really care that it was our second stay. No, hope to see you again. The a/c in the bedroom was undersized. It was set on 62 degrees and then hope for the best. The room was usually 78-80 degrees when going to bed.

"zentral, sauber aber zu teuer"

gute ruhige und doch zentrale lage, sauberes zimmer, nach nachfrage haben wir anderes zimmer erhalten, da wir nicht direkt im erdgeschoss direkt am pool wollten

wie bei allen hotels versteckte taxen und fee, schlussendlich für 3 nächte 888.- dollar bezahlt. leider fehlt persönliche freundlichkeit

Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Schöne Anlage mit 2 Pools Freundlicher Empfang.

Das Personal war zeitweilig zu unaufmerksam. Z.B. musste beim Frühstück immer nachgefragt werden, ob nach gelegt werden kann. Das Pool-Personal war oberflächig, und nur darauf bedacht, schnell die Arbeit zu erledigen. Die Tests wurden nicht korrekt ausgeführt. Den gesamten Aufenthalt (5 Tage) lagen benutzte Pflaster am Poolrand, die nicht weggeräumt wurden. In den Pools wurde geraucht und Alkohol getrunken, der dann auch teilweise im Pool landete. (Aufsicht?)

Needs a little upgrade in the bathroom. It was hard to turn on the water in the sink.

La struttura e’ molto carina. La camera affaccia sul giardino tropicale e sulla piscina. La colazione non è male ed è bella l’idea di consumarla a bordo piscina. Pulizia ok
