O café da manhã foi muito bom e a equipe que o serviu foi atenciosa e simpática. A limpeza do quarto foi impecável e a profissional que nos atendeu foi prestativa e simpática. Parabens!

O atendimento da recepção foi frio no check in e no check out com o Sr. Gonçalo e, em outra ocasião, ele mesmo vendo que seus dois outros colegas estavam ocupados atendendo outros hospedes, não teve a simpatia de me perguntar se podia me atender, se fosse algo simples que não dependesse de usar os dois terminais disponíveis no recinto, como de fato era o meu caso! O quarto é bonito, agradável. Contudo, os travesseiros não serviram para nós pois têm pouca altura e quase nenhuma densidade, o que não contribuio para nosso bom sono à noite.
