O café da manhã é excepcional, com uma variedade incrível, onde é possível viver e experimentar o real desayuno mexicano. A equipe de atendimento é muito cordial e hospitaleira. E o bar do lobby tem drinks muito gostosos, para se desfrutar nos finais dos dias. Sempre ter água à disposição dentro do quarto.

O meu quarto não tinha um frigobar instalado, foi preciso solicitar um na recepção. O ar condicionado não esfriava o quarto, a temperatura mal chegava a 22 graus. A loja de conveniência do lobby poderia ter mais variedade de snacks, doces, chocolates e até mesmo itens de primeira necessidade e higiene pessoal.

Escogimos este hotel por la proximidad a la Expo de Santa Fe. Las habitaciones son muy adecuadas, muy limpias y en buen estado. El buffet de desayuno bastante amplio y de buena calidad por el precio. Los a buena opción para negocios y viajes familiares. Muy cerca del parque La Mexicana y muy cercano de restaurantes y centros comerciales .

"Très belle chambre mais des équipements à revoir"

La chambre spacieuse, la propreté, l’emplacement, la piscine chauffée et le personnel

La baignoire ne servait à rien dans la salle de bain car elle ne se remplissait pas (le bouchon laissait couler toute l’eau). Nous n’avons pas pu vraiment apprécier le petit déjeuner car vers 10h la plupart des plats sont vides et la machine à gaufre est accaparée par les gens. Il serait mieux que les gaufres soient faites par le personnel de l’hôtel directement pour éviter que ce soit toujours les mêmes qui en profitent.
