Veľmi sympatický hotel, boli sme tretíkrát. Izbu sme mali s výhľadom na hučiacu rieku a trávnatú plochu nad podzemnou katedrálou. Dobré raňajky, milý personál. Hotel je v blízkosti jaskyne. Odporúčam zobrať si ľahké prezúvky, tie nie sú súčasťou výbavy izby. Budete musieť chodiť bosí. Podlaha bola parketová. Okrem tohto niet čo vytknúť.

Neboli papučky. V 4 *hoteli by mali byť súčasťou výbavy.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I had forgotten my power bank at reception, and Ms. Patricia in particular went above and beyond—she stayed in regular contact and ensured everything was handled smoothly. The management was also very accommodating and arranged for it to be shipped to me in Switzerland. Excellent staff and outstanding service. A special thanks to Ms. Patricia for her support.
