"Very Good"

Restaurant was nice, but expensive. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Fire alarm going off just before midnight, and having to go outside for 45 min not great. Seemed to be no reason,and no explanation. It took hours to go back to sleep.

Great stay again! My room with separate jacuzzi tub was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Raman and Zen went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and fitness room and the restaurant was great. I always book my airport stays here now.

"Clean, comfortable, well-serviced."

It was so clean. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were lots of lights in every corner. Really well setup for relaxing or working. The staff was efficient and friendly. The shuttle to the airport was really useful. Even though I didn't use it, it was good to have a pool on site. Also, the restaurant looked like it had a very good menu compared to most airport hotels, but I didn't eat there.

It would have been nice to have a 'lining up' area for the shuttle, as it is first come, first served. Luckily people were responsible and let you in first even if they were sitting closer to the entrance.

"Great location, but LOUD hotel hallway music until 11pm!!!"

The location was great for getting to an early flight at the airport. Room was clean and comfortable.

There was loud hallway music (set by the hotel) until 11pm?! Not great for someone trying to get sleep before and early morning flight. I called the front desk, and they said they would turn it off at 10:30pm. Seemed a bit too late to have music playing in the whole hotel!!

We were received like kings on a really short notice. The service is outstanding and a shoutout to Shreya for the amazing customer service! She made us feel welcomed and at home after a long and harsh journey. Very greatful for the great job! Definitely , recocommending the Hotel to all our friends!
