Hotel pulito, personale cortese e gentile. Direttamente su Queen Street, molto negozi, caffè e ristoranti. Ci hanno fatto upgrade stanza perché non disponibile quella prenotata. Servizio car valet molto valido. Check in e check out veloce e senza problemi. Dimenticato portafogli in camera, ci hanno avvisato e stanno facendo di tutto per spedirtelo indietro.

Il riscaldamento della camera non è abbastanza efficiente, riscalda ma non come ci si aspetta. Il bagno molto grande ma con tendina doccia e non box doccia, non me lo aspetto da un hotel di questa categoria, con la tenda si allaga sempre il bagno.

We love everything about the property. The location, ambiance, cleanliness and the staff. Our room was always clean, rubbish bin was always emptied, everything was replenished from towels to laundry powder without us asking for it.

地點不用說就在最繁華的皇后街旁，逛街、去碼頭散步、飲食、步行去各大景點都非常方便。房間、客廳都非常的大且簡約，這次住9樓是相當安靜沒話說。這邊的住客也很有趣，天天都有人在公用垃圾桶旁放上免費的各種食物、調味料等給大家有需要的自行拿去。雖然這次住的是家庭公寓式，但每天都會有housekeeping，還會幫你把流理台中鍋碗瓢盆洗乾淨，真的非常貼心(雖然有附洗碗機就是)。整個設備大致齊全，但仍有一些缺點，請見下方留言。

電視不是智慧電視不能看串流，只能看當地頻道有點無聊。離開前一天突然整個飯店沒水，原來是抽水馬達壞了，但櫃檯說10分鐘左右就會修復，結果1個多小時才處理好，剛好那時候在做飯洗菜洗到一半沒水，但想想這時候最慘的應該是洗澡洗到一半的住客吧。廚房沒有砧板，切菜很不方便，再來是刀具很鈍還彎曲，建議可以更新。附的洗衣粉、洗碗精跟洗碗機精起初只有各附一包，經常煮飯洗衣的記得跟櫃台要多點。餐桌有點小，而且會晃動、不穩，這部分也是要注意一下。

Central city location yet relatively quiet even on a weekend. One bedroom apartment was well appointed and spacious. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Access to Queen Street is very handy.

No view to speak of because of other tall buildings all around. Bathroom was slightly on the small side.

Everything

Everything was great overall. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi was cut off immediately after we checked out, which caused us to miss our Uber ride. We had to walk to the main street just to reconnect to the internet. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was impeccably clean, and its tidiness was consistently maintained throughout our stay. The location offers great convenience for accessing shops and dining establishments. Furthermore, the room itself is quite spacious and comes equipped with a comprehensive array of kitchen supplies. The front desk staff was very helpful.

We experienced an issue with the hot water during our stay, which caused some inconvenience. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortable and did not provide sufficient support.
