Guests must be at least 25 years or older to check-in. Note: Boogie-boarding starts after 11:00. All units are nonsmoking. A USD 250 smoking cleaning/damage fee will be assessed on departure for anyone smoking in the unit. All reservation requests were noted at time of booking and cannot be guaranteed. Please note, the first night will be charged at the time of booking. Motorcycles, motorized scooters, RV's, boat trailers, motor homes, campers and buses are prohibited on the resort premises. Please contact the property if you have any questions. Two parking passes are included with each stay. Please note that only one-bedroom accommodations or larger accommodations can accommodate a rollaway bed. Contact property for details. Studio units will receive limited housekeeping service. "It was good just need some stoves for cooking and bigger fridge!!"

Ocean front and the gated community. Traffic moving around and the surrounding areas was good.

The rooms for 4 adults needs to be bigger. Needs stoves for cooking other than that it’s ok for like college students or highschool spring break but adults travel and stay needs more accommodation.

"Wonderful place"

Everything was great, clean and comfortable. Extras like bikes were nice. Golf courses were great. Pools were nice. Lots options of things to do without leaving the resort.

The only negative was the tram. We waited a while and none came. It was hot so went back to the room and drove to the beach.

Everything we needed and wanted to do was close

The only thing I didn’t like was the WiFi connection was bad but we did come during like a rainy season.
