"Comfortable room, decent breakfast."

Quiet, clean room

I booked this property by mistake. I wanted the other Holiday Inn Express in Carmel. The other was more convenient to my weekend activities. Had to Uber rather share a rental car with family.

"Great experience!!"

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and professional. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever eaten.

The only downside was the bathroom in the room had a rusted area behind the door near the floor that needed attention.

"Best Stay In Years. . In YEARS!"

I spent a night at Holiday Inn and Suites at 9797 N. Michigan Rd., Carmel, IN while my husband was in the hospital. The hotel was spotless from the parking lot to the pillow! Everything was perfect and I've never said that about any place I've stayed. Kendra, the hostess was friendly, informative, attentive to needs and never stopped working to accommodate. If I could give 10 stars I would! I recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodations in the greater Indianapolis area. I did not get to enjoy the pool or the gym but I did check them out. Again everything was spotless. Breakfast was amazing. All staff were friendly. Bravo!
