Le personnel, particulièrement Mohammed à la réception et Keita, ont été très agréables avec nous. Nous étions là pour nous marier (chambres à proximité de la salle) et ils ont fait leur maximum pour que nous ayons une belle expérience.

Le confort des lits , le plateau d'accueil dans la chambre .

Le non respect des usagers de l'hôtel qui parlent fort à 6h le matin , le bruit, à la même heure ,des talons qui claquent au dessus de nos têtes ... Mais ce n'est évidemment pas du fait de l'hôtel , si ce n'est, peut être , une isolation très moyenne? Le petit déjeuner ... Quand on arrive à 8h30 il ne faut pas s'attendre à avoir un vrai buffet : plus de confiture , presque plus de miel , plus de charcuterie , presque plus de fromage . Quant aux croissants ... Ce sont des surgelés sans aucun goût ...! Les employés ne disent pas tous bonjour , loin de là ...Et le pompon ce sont les prix des articles de dépannage vendus à l'accueil : 1€ le petit paquet de mouchoirs et 5€40 un tube basique de dentifrice !!! On trouve beaucoup mieux pour beaucoup moins cher , nous sommes très déçus et ne reviendrons pas dans ce Campanile .
