Les chambres sont assez spacieuses,propres, équipées d'un petit frigo,une petite cafetière .Les lits sont confortables. La salle de bain aussi est assez grande et propre. L'hôtel est très bien placé avec des commerces proches. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible.

L'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas très bonne. On entend très bien la tv des voisins et tous leurs déplacements . Et les enfants qd ils jouent.

Very convenient location with target and Starbucks near by. Free breakfast was a plus! Staff was very friendly there was also a small convenience area next to front desk. Free parking

The bathrooms in the rooms they changed were broken, and I was moving from one room to another. In the last room I was in, the bed made a lot of noise; it's an old bed. They need to check all the rooms.

My family and I stayed e at the Hampton inn in Cypress, Ca. Upon arrival we thought the hotel looked clean & welcoming. Dana had cookies prepared for guest. Check in was a breeeze. We had a decent rate. The room was not as modern as it expected but the appliances worked and the room was clean. The breakfast area was clean but woman who ran the breakfast area had a negative attitude and made breakfast less pleasant. Though she worked hard and kept the space clean. Overall we truly appreciated Dana’s ability to make the space feel welcoming. My daughter thought she was very kind and insisted we leave her a thank you card! Thank you again! I think the place needs a little update in the rooms and I noticed a tore in one of the couch cushions in the breakfast area.
