Tower 64 Motel & RV

Needs USB outlets and a chair.

We made a reservation to stay at this motel at Expedia without a problem. When we got there it was almost completely empty with no one at the lobby (in Expedia said they had a 24/7 hr service at the lobby). We called at the number that was posted at the door and a girl answered us saying that they didn’t had any rooms available

It was great the first Manager was super polite and friendly Really worked with us because I had reserved online and it wasn’t Showing up so she let me pay cash and put a one hundred dollar deposit Dow the next day the reservation I made online went through and ended up charging my card so since there were no refunds we were just going to stay a second Night but the second manager would Not let us even though I paid already

Everything’s good; the Staff are the nicest people, very helpful. Only one issue is the Restrooms/Showers/Laundry facility is all together in the one same room; there are 2 rooms, Not designated Men or Women, and each room has a Toilet plus Shower plus Washer/Dryer; there’s a sign that hangs on the door that one must turn over facing “OCCUPIED” or “VACANT” whenever you’re finished, but most people fail to turn the sign and since only 1 person at a time, for privacy, is allowed in the Restroom/Shower/Laundry facility at one time, it becomes a challenge to utilize the facility at all.
