"Séjour très agréable et avec une vue imprenable"

Hôtel bien placé à une dizaine de minutes en voiture de La Fortuna. Le cadre est resplendissant, très arboré et au pied du volcan Arenal. Il y a 2 piscines, idéal pour se détendre après les visites. Les chambres sont propres. Le personnel accueillant et souriant. Petit déjeuner traditionnel bon.

Il manquerait un petit frigo dans la chambre pour mettre nos bouteilles et gourdes au frais pour les journées de visite.

"A dream with a front row view of the volcano!!!"

The pictures do NOT do it justice. When it says and shows it has a view of the volcano....BOY, does it ever!! It is RIGHT there. Front row seat. And walking to your room is like walking through a botanical garden. The low price we paid for what we got is just beyond belief. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat (and hope to be able to)! The staff were so sweet and accommodating. 5 stars; all the stars!!

The location is great, the view of the volcano and the garden was stunning, staff was very nice, enough parking to park, both restaurants nearby were very good and the swimming pools were very nice.

We booked with months in advance and we had to spend the first night in another room but with beautiful views (but at a lower price), there were plenty of insects as the doors and windows were not properly isolated, it is normal to have insects as you are in the middle of nature but for example we got 3 beetles in the first nights and 2 cockroaches in the second one.... Breakfast is acceptable but poorly organized (despite having to book it beforehand)

Les jardins, la piscine et la vue sur le volcan

Le personnel pas du tout accueillant à part la dame du petit déjeuner. Notre appartement était très bruyant car il donnait sur la route, il était mal insonorisé et sentait les égouts. Le restaurant fait cantine et le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. Le fait aussi de toujours devoir tout payer de suite au lieu de régler le tout à la fin. Enfin pas grand chose de positif dans cet hôtel
