For fire alarm went twice in two nights I couldn’t sleep

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was fine. Cable tv didn't work and I read that it happens at other locations as well. Free breakfast was basically coffee, and a bagel with butter and jelly. I didn't expect much from the free breakfast but a TV without cable service was a new one lol.

The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I will definitely stay here again. The lobby and front desk was pleasant and welcoming. And, my personal favorite thing about staying here, free hot coffee!!

Everything seemed to be good. The only thing was that there’s a lot of vehicles that were revving their engines late at night. This morning, when we walked out to the car, it had a really strong smell of weed.

Needs better beds. But overall a nice welcoming, warm stay.

Very expensive for what is offering! The first room was without luggage rack and smelling terrible of chemicals. The door cannot be locked from the inside. The seconded room was okey. The building has paper thing wall and we had hard time two nights with the next-door occupants, yelling and talking from 10 PM to 6 AM... The so-called breakfast was a... joke!

It wasn’t a bad hotel, there were just other problems

When i booked online because of the time switching to midnight, things automatically went to the next day when I booked for that night, so I got charged twice and then called and talked to the company i booked through the lady at the desk, that told me i would get a refund, then called twice and they said that i had to deal with the owner, and I never got a call back. so I payed for two nights only stayed one and never got a refund, and due to the situation was just a load of bs.

Great location for a night stay if you’re going to crystal mountain. The staff was super friendly and there’s even free breakfast. Try the fajitas at the Hacienda restaurant that shares the same parking lot.
