Puja’s service was good . The rooms were neat and the food was okay could improve more. this hotel is easily accessible to most of the places around and it was convenient for us to do our shopping in banglore. Overall we had a good experience staying here and would recommend this place

The stay was excellent. Shall visit again in next opportunity. The service was also the best in the category. Staffs Puja, Avijit , Guru all are well behaved. Food quality was also found very good. Ambiance of all the part of the hotel was incredible.

The stay was great, the service was fast and good, food was also nice, special mention to Miss Pooja & Guru for being a grt host at service. The location is suitable and just 3km away from brigade road which is good for shopping & foods, the area around the hotel is also decent.

It was a wonderful experience staying in the hotel for three days. The restaurant manager Guru was very very polite and humble.Overall our stay was best in terms of comfort and hospitality. Beyond the restaurant, the overall hospitality at Zone by The Park deserves applause. The team’s commitment to excellence made my stay truly memorable. The hotel is very good. The services and It's room cleanliness is excellent. They have a very friendly and accommodating staffs. Thank you Ms. Jorita, Ms Anushka, and Mr. Ajay for the warm welcome. This hotel has a very good location and I feel safe during my stay.

Very suboptimal experience, the staff was highly disengaged. The amenities were very average. Certainly overpriced for what it offers. Except for a very central location there is hardly anything worth speaking about. Moreover, nothing to do with the Park chain of hotels.

It was ok ok experience at the zone by the park Hotel, can't say amazing stay... Would like to highlight specially from front desk managers Anushka Tiwari and Jorita for their quick arrangements and hospitality. Few areas where hotel management need to work on, specially Amenities like Gym, Bar, Swimming pool, Play area, etc, because the price they are charging for the stay, guest deserve these amenities. Pooja and Guru from restaurant manage the things in very well manner. The only reason for giving feedback is to appreciate Anushka Tiwari and Jorita's hardwork to make guest happy with every possible resolution.

We interect Anushka and abijit . Experience was soo excelent , both of them are very supportive and coorporative . They are very polite and there customer behviour skills are amazing Other cooking staff anr also so friendly . They behave very politely

I would like to thank Anushka who made way for an early check in for me. While the hotel was decent I think staff make all the difference and the staff were very helpful and supportive. They also helped every time I required some thing like slippers etc.
