I didn't like anything of this property apart from the the location

It was a congested room and washrooms were below average. The property was not clean.

"Please arrange some more facilities when you are charging exorbitant rates"

the rates of restaurant are exorbitant. One coffee cost Rs.173/-. I do not think that is rate exists in five star hotel also.
