"My stay was ruined by a hard bed no sleep makes a miserable day!"

The waffles, beagles, and oatmeal were good. Staff was polite. The location was good. Just the beds were terrible. What happen to going on vacation to enjoy yourself in a comfortable bed?

The beds were hard as rock. Had to go to Walmart and buy a foam bed cover to be able to get some sleep the rest of my stay. Hotel had over booked so they couldn't even offer another room, to see if those beds were going to be comfortable.

"Friendly staff, clean hotel"

For context, I travel a lot for work and stay at various hotels. This was my first time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff during both check-in and check-out were friendly. Shoutout to Eileen who was super nice and even told me about the "grab and go" breakfast bag! The room was clean, but I'm giving 4 stars only because one of the beds in the room felt very unstable --- I thought it would break everytime I moved!

"Friendliest staff ever"

Staff was excellent. Erica, Eileen and Ronnie were great 👍 👍👍They always greeted us with a smile. Everyone was professional, super helpful and very friendly. Housekeeping always greeted with a smile rooms were clean and fresh. Breakfast was good. The entire staff couldn’t do enough for us…. And smiled! Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay because of the staff. Wishing you the best with the renovation. Thank you staff very much for a pleasant stay.
