Fiesta Inn Ecatepec

I am staying near relatives, so the hotel is very convenient with a shopping centre and movie house. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially when I had a few problems with the phone and door lock. Buffet is excellent. Area may not be a good place to stay if you want to go to Mexico City as the traffic is horrendous. Price is very good.

Overall we had a very nice stay at Fiesta Inn Ecatepec. The whole staff is super friendly, attentive and polite. There's a lot of construction going on in the surroundings and the parking lot can get messy. They have very safe and professional taxi service just outside the hotel's doors. Rooms are very clean and comfortable enough, the decor and furniture are very ordinary, considering that the majority of the guests are business people. Most than anything the hotel is super safe and clean, and all of the employees are extremely professional and polite. If you need to stay in the north area of the city, this is a great choice.

This area is outside Mexico City which is not convenient if you want to visit the City. My relatives live in this area. Apart from a non wake-up call my stay was excellent. Comfortable bed, quiet room, good breakfast. Very reasonable rates. It is located in a mall with big stores, cinema and restaurants.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to teach at the local university. It is a fine hotel for a few days. My room was hot and though there was a/c the air was not cool at all. The hotel needs some updating, but it is clean and has the basic stuff one needs. The ice machine on the first floor was not working, so I had to order a bucket of ice all the time, but room service was efficient and nice to bring me one at no cost. It is within a shopping mall, so it is safe and the mall has restaurants, movie theatre, stores and the Walmart is near by.

Nice friendly atmosphere. Lots of amenities in the surrounding area. Good place to stay for families with children or if traveling with older adults. Staff is courteous and eager to assist in any need you may have.

There was no mini fridge in the room, which I appreciated because then there was no noise. The staff allow me to put my leftover dinner in their refrigerator.

Its a cheap hotel with many modern amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also conveniently located next to a modern mall with many restaurants and movie theater. Would strongly recommend this place. Its a bit out of the congested city but you can easily connect to many popular tourist spots.

It was good for the price. Comfy beds. Shower wasn’t greatest kinda needed upgrading. But for the price was pretty satisfied. Would stay again. Staff was nice.
