ontbijt : ruime tijden, ruime keuze, kwaliteitsvol centraal gelegen personeel zeer vriendelijk restaurantje in/aan het hotel verbonden

dagelijkse opkuis van de kamer ontbrak, vooral: zelfs de vuilbakjes werden niet geledigd

"Geweldig hotel op een ideale locatie met perfect uitgebreid ontbijt"

We kregen een gratis upgrade van de kamer dus de start was al heel goed. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid met zowel de gebruikelijke luxe zaken als lokale lekkernijen. De locatie is fantastisch. Op loopafstand van het centrum maar ook dichtbij de wijk met kleine restaurantjes en bijvoorbeeld veel vintage winkels. Bovendien een tram voor de deur.

Ze waren bij de incheck vergeten te waarschuwen dat de schoonmaak op afroep komt (en wij hadden de info in de kamer niet gelezen).

Sehr zentrale Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück.

Im Zimmer waren nicht genügend Bügel, Keine Ablagen für Koffer und auch Regale fehlen. Schlecht bei 5 tägigen Aufenthalt.

"I have every intention to use Klaus K again"

Excellent location, dynamic and thoruughly friendly staff. The room was small, just right for single occupancy, very well planned and super quiet. As a woman, I especially enjoyed the layout of the bathroom offering surfaces for make up etc by the washbasin. Also had a beautiful meal in adjoining Toscanini restaurant.

The rather long wait for the right lift to the reception level, especially with the luggage.
