No scissors in the kitchen was a little difficult to open the coffee and milk containers for my elderly mother.

Our tv was only working for the half the time we were there and when it did work the chrome cast didn’t work only regular channels

That there was no breakfast available at the hotel. My friend had a temporary disability and couldn't walk anywhere.
NZGreat location with a short walk to the viaduct. The room size was perfect , beds comfortable and great amenities. Very guttered we didnt allow time to enjoy the rooftop pool.
The cups and mugs were not cleaned and residue from coffee/toothpaste was still apparent. The toilet had no pressure and didnt flush well at all.
