NZNZThe pool and spa were great 👍 the bed was comfortable and room was large and comfortable.
There was no designated smoking area. I paid for a room with balcony thinking we could smoke freely outside on the deck. Same woth the outside pool. I think in future you should advertise as a complete smoke and vape free venue as we booked room based on the fact we thought we could smoke/vape on the outside balcony. But had to go outside in the middle of the Auckland at night and early morning in pajamas wasn't ideal. Also parking please advertise there is no parking unless they pay for valet. We drove to auckland so to have an extra valet cost for my car was not on. Please update everything online as it was very misleading. And dont offer an upgrade of room unless its free.
AUVery spacious room and bathroom that also had a bathtub. Room was very clean and well organised.
Bed was a lot softer than I’m used to, but still slept well, so it must not have been a problem!

NZNZNZBathroom was looking very tired. Shower had good power but water escaped and we ended up with water all over the floor

The lower level pool is usually nice and hot however my last stay was a disappointment the jets weren't working as they should and it was a lot colder making it not pleasant at all. The sauna is slowly getting run down and has quite an offensive smell it needs to be refurbished. The TV would not connect to the internet making casting not possible.The air conditioning wasn't running as it should and the coffee machine wouldn't work over all very disappointing i stay at the hotel 1-2 times a week and unfortunately im reconsidering if my next stay will be there. Perhaps a complementary stay would go along way?
