I was under the impression I had booked a room with a bath. Was disappointed to have a room without one as it was a special night away from my kids. I was looking forward to relaxing more.

JP市内にあるので散策しやすかったところ。またスタッフがフレンドリーで、対応が素敵でした。いろんなことを助けてもらいました。
無料でアーリーチェックインとアップグレードをしてもらえました。大変有り難がったのですが、客室自体が古く、また薄暗かった。清掃が行き届いておらず、床に前のゲストがこぼした粉、ケトルは水が入れっぱなし、至る所に髪の毛が落ちていました。清掃も15分ほどの最低限なもの。タオル以外の交換は希望しないとしてもらえず。デスクを拭いたりなどはなし。古いので至る所で軋む音がし、客室内にはコネクティングルーム用かと思われるドアがありました。壁が薄いので他の客室の歩く音、レストランの音楽などもよく聞こえてしまいます。タオルは汚れてるものもあるのでよく確認し、多めにもらうといいと思います。フロントの対応は本当によかっただけに、残念です。
